1. Who we are

Cowboy State Filings ("CSF," "we," "us") operates wyomingllcformation.co. We provide Wyoming LLC formation services including state filing, registered agent service, EIN acquisition, operating agreement drafting, and bank account application assistance.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: When you submit the form at /start/, we collect your full legal name, email address, phone number (optional), LLC name preferences, intended member structure, use case, and timeline preference. When you schedule a call via Calendly, we receive your name, email, and selected time slot.

Payment information:Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. Plausible collects aggregate page views, referral sources, and browser/device types without identifying individual visitors.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Process your Wyoming LLC formation order
  • File Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State
  • Obtain your EIN from the IRS
  • Draft your operating agreement

4. Information sharing

  • Wyoming Secretary of State: LLC name, registered agent information, principal office address, and organizer signature (CSF acts as organizer).

  • Banks: Information required for bank account applications (Mercury, Relay, Bluevine, and others).
  • Stripe: Payment processing only.
  • CRM provider: For order management and communication.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share information with advertising networks. We do not use tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain client records for the duration of our service relationship and for 7 years thereafter for tax and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting {EMAIL}. Note that information already submitted to government agencies (Wyoming SOS, IRS) cannot be recalled.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Form submissions are processed through secure API routes. We do not store payment credentials. Access to client data is limited to authorized CSF personnel directly involved in your formation.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookie-free. No third-party advertising or tracking scripts run on this website.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:
