Cowboy State Filings ("CSF," "we," "us") operates wyomingllcformation.co. We provide Wyoming LLC formation services including state filing, registered agent service, EIN acquisition, operating agreement drafting, and bank account application assistance.

Information you provide: When you submit the form at /start/, we collect your full legal name, email address, phone number (optional), LLC name preferences, intended member structure, use case, and timeline preference. When you schedule a call via Calendly, we receive your name, email, and selected time slot.
Payment information:Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. Plausible collects aggregate page views, referral sources, and browser/device types without identifying individual visitors.
