What about BOI reporting?
BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act has shifted multiple times since January 1, 2024. As of the last update date below, FinCEN's March 21, 2025 interim final rule (90 FR 13688) exempts domestic reporting companies from BOI filing. Foreign reporting companies, entities formed under foreign law but registered in the US, remain obligated.
